The jacked is not lined, so it's mainly a fall/spring coat. Color is as advertised, more green than olive. It should be noted there are not pockets for your hands - I knew this by the style before ordering. The jacket fits a little bigger than I'm used to from J Crew as I'm a perfect M for everything. Think of this coat as a regular and not slim. Material is cotton and does not appear to be waterproof. As it's 90 degrees out, I have not actually worn this out yet.

Love the jacket, and that it's basically the discounted version versus the Field Mechanic Jacket found at "J.Crew" regular. It's a classic look to any men's wardrobe and color is a nice camo green thus making it versatile.

Although a cool concept rain coat. The pockets are awkward to put my arms in and it comes with a pointless waist string. Also the green should be faded slightly. Not exactly what I was expecting.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mamba Classic looks but may be a little bright for some
Saw this last year in a factory store. I passed because although it looked great, I thought that the shade of green used was a little bright so it may not be as versatile I thought. Saw it again this year and tried it on and suddenly it clicked. I felt like I was able to pull off the look. The shade of green is still a little bright I think so I may look into some cloth fading techmiques. I have this in medium and it fits good but not great (loose but not slouchy). I'm 5'8 165 lbs with an athletic build. Size down to a small if you want a more fitted look. The jacket is completely unlined so keep that in mind. It's probably meant to be worn with layers hence the loose fit.
