Nice medium weight sweater. Fits true, but roomy enough to allow a thinner dress shirt underneath. This is not a glorified sweatshirt - very happy with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Patty A dressier alternative to a chunky crew neck
I got this sweater for my husband in navy (his favorite color) to replace a JCrew chunky roll-neck that he finally wore out. The lambswool is soft, light and warm, and dressier for work. Not too big and baggy but plenty roomy for wearing over shirts or t-necks. He loves it!

Probably the fourth lambswool sweater I buy, this one feels a little different. The "texture" is different and it seems to be a little thicker. Other than that, a really nice one.

So this was my first lambswool sweater, ever. The material is slightly scratchy, which I've read lambswool can be if its ok quality. I ended up soaking it in cold water and fabric softener. This definitely helped once it dried. The crewneck itself fits great and I don't see it getting loose as the sweater ages. Sleeve length was good as well. I was a little concerned with the tapering on the waist, it kind of balloons out toward the waist. The fabric does breath well though. I wore this over an undershirt and it ended up being close to 75 degrees in Chicago in November. Didn't sweat at all. Btw anything about 40 degrees in Chicago never happens. Next time though I'll probably wear it over a button down and by then I'll probably be glad I have the extra room.

Great sweater well made. Weight of sweater is perfect if you like to be able to tuck it in. Not a thick heavy sweater. Size is great for someone that weighs 114 and is 5' 3"
