Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of My Favorite Coats I am VERY happy with this purchase. I was torn between colors, but chose to go with the Navy and am glad I did. It's a nicer blue in person than shows up on my screen. The first thing I did was take it to the tailor and had the sides taken in...that made the jacket go from pretty good to exceptional. It fits so nice now that I just want to walk around in it because it feels so good on. I didn't find it to be too lightweight like some of the other reviewers mentioned. And when I popped the collar up to see if it could hold, it may not feel stiff as a board but I didn't have any issues with it. Considering the low price, you should get this jacket and have it tailored. I think you'll be very happy you did. I like it so much, it's all I can do to keep myself from getting the charcoal one as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Nice ! This is a mid-weight pea coat and it is high quality. Since, it's mid-weight it can be worn comfortably in varied temperatures, so it's versatile. I bought the coat in the charcoal colour. I have owned a number of pea coats and have found that the fabric for charcoal coloured pea coats is generally rough in texture. The fabric for this charcoal pea coat is softer and refined. For sizing, I am 5'10", 46" chest, 190 lbs. and the size XL fits perfectly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Boxy and not flattering Decent build quality and nice color. Buttons and details were very nice. Unfortunately, the bottom flares out and the jacket is fairly boxy in the chest. This jacket swallows any athletic build making you look frumpy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Very Decent Peacoat The fit is on the money. High armholes, not too bulky around the midsection. Buttons are firmly sewn into the fabric. And I really love the color of this coat. It's a slightly brighter blue than most navy peacoats you see in person. You have to look at it close up. I like the texture this adds to an outfit. The only thing that brings the quality of this coat down is the thickness of the fabric. For instance, the collar is not thick enough to really stand up on its own, so it falls down. And part of the fun [for me] of having a peacoat is popping the collar. I also wonder how far into the winter I'll be able to wear this. With some layering, I can probably wear this through the holidays. But come February, I'll have to rely on some heavier coats. Very fashionable but falls short on the functional side.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from To many buttons Style and thickness of coat is not impressive. I hard to imagine this coat will keep anyone warm on a cold night.
