What customers are saying:
Many customers enjoyed the casual, lightweight vibe of the blazer, finding it perfect for layering during warmer days. Several customers recommended enhancing the structure by adding features like lining and shoulder pads for a more refined drape and polished look. A number of customers also suggested improving the fabric quality to reduce a wrinkled appearance and ensure a smoother finish. While some found the fit true to size, others noted that a more tailored silhouette might better suit those looking for a neater option.

Love it!
September 5, 2023Make more of these, please! I love the look of a blazer, but I get too warm in layers. This deconstructed blazer is a light enough layer to solve that problem.

A boxy sloppy wrinkled bad fit
August 9, 2023It's big and not at all fitted as it appears in the picture. There is no waist. I love J Crew blazers and have been thrilled with all of them except this one. I understand that it said deconstructed but it's a sloppy and messy fit. It doesn't drape and the fabric is very wrinkled. I expect more from linen blend fabrics. The color is beautiful, but the blazer fits like a bag. I wasted my money on this one.

A Blazer Needs Structure
July 5, 2023Not what I was hoping for, after purchasing so many other blazers (cotton, linen, wool) from JCF; I didn't feel put-together wearing it, and wouldn't feel comfortable in a professional environment.

Chance it
July 4, 2023Despite the less than stellar reviews, I took the chance, and it paid off. I love that it is unlined, casual and lightweight. For me, the jacket ran true to size, and I would buy more if they were available.

This is not a blazer
June 16, 2022I own 5 blazers from Jcrew, one being a linen one. This is not a blazer. This looks like a blazer but really it’s just a thin linen shirt shaped as a blazer. Not even worth the sale price.

Casual
May 8, 2022Like the other reviewer, I expected this blazer to be similar to the Holland blazer. Instead, it is very casual & unlined. I decided to keep it to wear with linen pants or jeans with a summer tank, but it is definitely not the work blazer that I envisioned. I am a size 2 in the Holland so I ordered a 2 in this blazer. It is a bit roomy when I button it (128 lbs, 32b chest) so I will be leaving it open. I got it on sale by stacking some coupons. It is not worth full price for the thin/unlined quality.
