IN the photo, this looks slimming and streamlined. However, I found it to be boxy and not flattering over a skirt or under a blazer. I am a tall person, size 6, between small and medium, I got a medium in this. It was short in my torso... expected that, but didn't expect the boxiness. I would have exchanged and tried the size small except for the fabric, which I found a bit itchy and not tolerable when it's clinging that close around my neck. I will need to avoid sweaters from JCF in this fabric in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by James Perfect start to a French chic wardrobe
For some reason I became obsessed with the need for some Breton striped attire. Maybe I've been watching too many Audrey Hepburn movies... in any case, this sweater was the perfect addition for the autumn months. It fit as expected (I sized up to a medium from my usual small to allow for "laundering flexibility" and so that I could wear a long-sleeved t underneath it).
I have a million ideas for pairing it up with the rest of my wardrobe. Can't imagine this being a trend that ever goes out of style!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kathy Perfect fit, classic look!
This knit top fit like it was tailored just for me. It's a classic piece that I'm sure I'll wear for a long time. It's neither too heavy nor too light weight so it should work for different seasons.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lily Boxy, not flattering
This is one of those shirts that looks better on the hanger. The fit is boxy and kind of short. Not very flattering at all.
