Printed quilted puffer vest

This is an okay vest. Not my favorite. I was very disapointed that it's printed fabric. Based on the photos I thought it was true tweed. It's very comfortable and warm. I'm normally a size 2 and ordered an xsmall and easily could have gone down a size.

Reference: 5'2", #140, 36C, apple shape, longer torso, typically Petite M in tops Have had my eye on this vest for the longest time & finally took advantage of a recent sale. Based on reviews that the vest ran somewhat on the larger size, I ordered size SMALL & crossed my fingers for a good fit. Lucky me--it does! When zipped up, it fits slightly snug in the chest, over a thinner/lightweight sweatshirt. Fit is slightly boxy, but not in an unflattering way. Although listed as a "puffer" vest, it does not look fat & puffy. I think it will fit nicely over a denim or other button down shirt. It is very lightweight, should be easy care, based on fabric. The herringbone pattern is a definite cream/natural & black combo, as opposed to the brighter white & black shown in the photo. I wouldn't pair it with a "white" top, but the pattern is quite neutral; should coordinate nicely with any other colors. Well made/constructed; should last many years & I expect to wear it quite often!

I adored this for a while and wasn't sure if I could pull it off. When I finally made the purchased and tried on the product, the vest fit perfect. It's not too puffy. You won't feel like an eskimo. It layers well over prints, plaids, and solids. I love the pockets. The fit is snug and warm. The quality is well made. I'm very happy and get compliments often! Thank you!

I was thrilled when I found this vest in an XL on the Factory site the season after it took Pinterest and Instagram by storm. However, this beautiful vest appears hunter green and cream. I have tried pairing it with white and black, but it still looks green. I had.my students vote, and we even ran a poll in our faculty room. It seems this is a white/blue dress conundrum. Even the art teachers were stumped! I kept it, but I am little heartbroken it's not the bold black and white pictured. I would even order a new one in the hopes mine was a fluke, but there aren't any left in my size. Such a bummer! I am even considering ordering the knockoff. . .

This vest runs super large, I ordered an XS and it’s still a bit big. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the fabric and mostly the print (it’s really yellow and not white as I thought). I’ve ordered many times from J crew factory before and never been dissatisfied before.

Feels very boxy and bulky on. Idk if I like it on me. Definitely size down. ...........................
