J.Crew Gift Cards do not count toward the $100 order total. For all ground shipping orders, we utilize UPS Surepost to provide service directly to your door. UPS SurePost provides the convenience of UPS shipping with USPS-provided delivery to your mailbox. You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. Once UPS delivers your package to the post office, it generates a new tracking number, called a Postal Service Tracking ID, which can be found in the Additional Information section of ups.com and then used to track your order on usps.com. Shipping charges are per address. Qualifying orders totaling $100+ and including shipments to multiple addresses will receive free shipping. Please note that estimated delivery window begins the business day after you place your order.

*For overnight delivery the next business day, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am ET. UPS orders placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday 11am ET will arrive on Monday. UPS orders placed on Friday after 11am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska or Hawaii or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses, our standard is First-Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

We're excited to offer flat-rate shipping to Canada for USD 9.95. We ship via UPS Standard service directly to your door. You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. Taxes will be included in your order total. No additional duties will be applied at checkout or upon delivery. Customs delays can be common when shipping to Canada, so please factor this in when placing your order. Orders shipped to multiple addresses will be charged USD 9.95 for each individual shipment.
All shipments to Canada must be made to a physical address. We are unable to ship to Canada P.O. Boxes. Attention: Customers ordering shipments to the Yukon, Northwest or Nunavut territories must call 800 562 0258 to complete their order. Orders shipped to these territories cannot be processed at jcrewfactory.com at this time.
We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, but we can send your package in three business days via UPS Express for a flat rate of USD 25. In cases where UPS Standard service is not available, your order will default to UPS Express and will be shipped at a flat rate of USD 25.
Orders shipped to different addresses will be charged separately per individual shipment. Any items shipped via UPS Express to one address will be shipped at a flat rate of USD 25 while items shipped via UPS Standard to another address will be shipped at USD 9.95.
