We're excited to offer flat-rate shipping to our international destinations via eShopWorld supported carriers. For information on delivery times, please refer to the table below. Pricing will be provided at checkout.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Click here to return an item. Please allow an additional 48 hours after your package has been delivered before submitting your return request. Returns cannot be submitted until 48 hours post-delivery.

J.Crew Factory gladly accepts returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased online within 30 business days of original purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase click here to initiate a return. If you choose to return an item, our e-commerce partner, eShopWorld, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for a return shipping fee of 15 USD and original shipping charges.

Price Adjustments

J.Crew gladly honors price adjustments on full-price merchandise within seven business days of the mail-order ship date when accompanied by the original retail receipt or mail-order packing slip. Please email us, including order number or name and address. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
