What is the cost?

How long will it take to process a claim with Route?
Some claims may be automatically resolved through the customer portal. In other cases, Route may request additional information. Once all required information is received, Route typically processes claims within 5 to 7 business days. However, timelines may vary depending on the type of claim and specific circumstances.
Can I use Route for my International order?
Route is only offered to customers who are shipping within the U.S.
