Age: 45 to 54damaged but cannot get an exchange
April 14, 2026I bought this as a final sale a week ago. The necklace looks very pretty but it got damaged when I received it. Basically the heart got pressed for some reason. Unfortunately I cannot get an exchange. I don't know it was damaged during the shipping or they sent a damaged one without knowing it.
