Great wool suiting
January 24, 2021We love these suit jackets and purchase with the coordinating pants. I find they run one size large. My son who usually wears a size 12 crewcuts shirt is wearing a size 10 in this jacket (and size 10 pants). My other son has the gray version and also sizes down one size than usual. He usually wears a 14-16 in shirts and a size 12 in this jacket fits him. They wear the suits once a week for 1-3hours each time and the suits have held up beautifully. They love the wool for it's flexible texture in comparison to the cotton ones (we get for the summer) which tend to be stiffer.

Big gap between sizes
April 6, 2019My almost 7 year old is still a comfortable size 6. I ordered the size 6/7 blazer and he was swimming in it — sleeves past his fingertips and I could grab a healthy handful of extra fabric in back when buttoned. So I returned and exchanged for the 4/5 which just fits. It seems like there should be a size in between. Keeping the 4/5 out of necessity but he’ll unfortunately probably only get one wear out of it.
