June 8, 2020I hate writing a negative review. I've never done so for J. Crew ever, but am so disappointed in this necklace. It's incredibly cheap. It looks like plastic covered with a fake gold foil. Mine even has some pock marks in it. My other JC pieces have been metal and good quality. I realize this is Factory, but shame on them for offering a product with such poor quality. And it is very short, not as long as I had hoped, the stated length is an overstatement. The ONLY reason I am not returning it is because I would have to pay return shipping it's not worth the hassle vs. what I paid for the item. Don't waste your money!
