May 28, 2017I bought this dress for myself after trying it on in stores. I'm 5 foot 1, 101 lbs. I bought a 14 after trying on the 12 in stores. It's a great length, it's not tight at all, cut well and has pockets! The fabric is nice and thick, making it perfect for a work dress. The bust is a little tight (I'm a 34C) but not uncomfortable. For reference, I'm a 0/00 in JCrew women's and XS, but curvy. The 16 would fit someone up to a size 2, in my opinion. Only rating 4 stars because of prior review of jewels falling off- haven't washed it yet so I'm waiting to see. I'm not the most graceful with clothing and washing, so time will tell.

October 23, 2015This dress is so cute and comfortable. My 8 year old daughter loves it. She's is starting to want to look more grown up and not so little girlish but Mama still wants her to look cute, appropriate and not too old for her age. This dress fits the bill! Plus she says it's really comfortable! A win/win!
