True to size
July 7, 2019Based on reviews I decided I should size up. They are huge and final sale. With something like this I’d rather on the small end. The belly area and waist are way too big. I will try to shrink in the wash. I have big calves and that fits fine. They are a bit on the long side too, I am 5’6”. I was hoping for them to be a lot thinner and stretchier. A little heavy and stiff. Maybe wash on hot high many times and get them smaller and worn in.

Comfy and soft alternative to jeans
June 20, 2019I cant wait to wear these when it cools down in the fall. They are soft and comfy. I'm curvy, seems i run the gambit with sizes depending on the designer! I read all the reviews prior to purchasing. I went a size up. I usually wear 16-18, L-XL in pants and I'm 5'8. Though the waist is several inches large (nothing that a belt won't solve), i don't feel like a sausage casing! They are definitely skinny jean style. If you want more fitted, stay with your regular size. More give, go up a size but know the waist will be large.

These run small?
March 6, 2019I ordered a 33, as I go between a 32 and 33 in J.Crew pants. I feel a 32 would have been better for these as they're pretty loose in the waist and somewhat in the leg. I'd like a slightly skinnier ankle circumference, but they work and the color/texture are great.

February 20, 2019I really wanted these to work because the color is gorgeous, but I’m usually between sizes and based on reviews I sized up. Well, they were huge! However they are well made, a great color, and if you are between sizes and pick the smaller size, you should be fine.

Perfect fit!
February 1, 2019I love these velvet pants! The rise is just perfect! I don’t have to wear a belt and I don’t find myself pulling them up all day like my many other pants from other brands. The color (berry) is beautiful! I purchased 27, I am usually a size 6/28, that is why I said they run a little big. But they fit like a glove when you find the right size! A friend recommended them to me...so glad she did!
