Uptown dress coat

I want to like it, but has reservations. Should have listen to myself and get a size 2, instead of size up as been suggested, but I can see why... The shoulder area fits, even a bit tight, but the rest of the body is loose, even though it suppose to be shapely-fit. Been 5'6", 112 lb, bra size 32-B, 26 in waist, 35 in hips, should have gone for size 2...

This is a beautiful out on the town coat. It's a great dress up coat too. It has a nice statement to the collar. I have this coat in Tan. I am a size 4 in all JCrew coats and it fits perfect. The wool material is thinner than I expected. Overall a great coat.

This is a nice coat, I got the Hether stone color and regular 2. Usually, I am a typical size 2 or P4 at Jcrew coat, shirt etc, this coat runs TTS-chest,waist and butt area are both pretty fit, except the shouder is a little over sized(just a little). The sleeves goes all the way to cover more than half of my hands(I am 5'3,120 pounds), if it can be one to one half inch shortter, it will be a perfect fit. The length goes just above my knee, cound be one or one inch half shortter either, so if could, goes with the peptite size (I assume but I do not have chance to try). The materails and the warmness are ok, not in the solid or thick side, it's ok at california winter, but if you want to use it at east coast, you might need a thick one or wear a thick sweater under this coat. Overall, a typical Jcrew desigh, simple,clean cut and a little neighborhood lady style. This coat looks soso in the product picture, but wears pretty versatile and elegent looking, I recommend it.

This is a beautiful coat - perfect weight for NorCal winter (45-55 degrees) without being too warm once you're out of the wind and on the warm train. It's very sharp: classic, elegant, and well made - I imagine it will last many seasons both quality- and style-wise. Lovely camel color. I'm petite but went with the regular because petite sizes were out of stock - I'm 34B-26-35 and size 2 fits perfect (arms a little long, but overall length just fine and I'm 5'2") with room for layers under. Well worth it - great value.

I am very pleased with this forever piece. Needing a coat for special occasions with a bit flair and a lot of class I ordered this coat in a neutral light colored beige. The collar is sophisticated, the tailored waist line is detailed with large buttons and the just below knee length will keep it with me for a long time. The coat is fully lined and the fabric is on the softer side while maintaining the structure of wool. I am pleased.
