Zigzag chiffon dress

It looks much prettier in the picture than in person. I got the yellow, and it's more like a neon greenish dingy yellow. Imagine that it looks like it used to be a nice lemon yellow color, but then got mixed in with dark color laundry to change to a dirty yellow. That's the only way I can describe the awful color. The fabric is extremely thin and so is the lining. I can still see my underwear through the lining of the dress! What is the purpose of the lining if it too is super thin?! I'll definitely need skin tone underwear. It fits true to size, not loose and not tight, but it seems awkward in the chest and the waistband keeps sliding upward. It has an overall odd cut. I am 5'9" and got my usual size 6. I don't like the way this dress fits at all, but I am stuck with it because I got it on final sale. :-( It is not worth the price, not even on final sale. I'll have to throw a cardigan over it. I do not recommend.

Got it in yellow and was a nervous after reading reviews but am so glad i did. I am always a 6 and it fit perfectly and the color was nice.

This dress is perfect for work or after work happy hour. The yellow color is very vibrant, perfect for summer! Very comfortable as well.

This is a lovely, classic dress. I love it in the blue color - wearing it, I feel as if I am floating over the clouds. I also ordered the dress in yellow, but that color didn't suit me, so I sent it back. I was anticipating a pale lemon yellow, but the yellow dress is actually a bright, somewhat greenish yellow that doesn't pair well with a pale complexion. The dress is easy to put on, and the translucent overlay hangs lightly from the hips. The chevron pattern of the overlay suggests a 1930s-era tea gown (although a 1930s dress would be much longer, of course). I'm 5'9", and while the waist could have been a little lower for my taste (just half an inch, maybe), I am more than satisfied with this dress. I only wish the yellow color had looked better on me!

This dress just came in the mail yesterday. I tried it on and loved it, although it is a little bit short on me. I'm 5'4" and ~115lbs. so sometimes I buy clothes in petite so they fit a bit closer. That's what I did with this dress, so I'm going to exchange it for a regular 2 instead of petite 2, that should fix the length problem. Overall the dress looks well made, it's beautiful ("breezy" describes it well), and I think it can be dressed up with heels and a beaded sash or dressed down with flats and a belt. It also looks great with my new summer hat. :) Time to go on some picnics!!

I bought this dress in yellow for a spring wedding. The cut is ok (a little tight in the bust), and the dress has an airy, lightweight feel which is nice. Unfortunately the color is all wrong. The image shows a soft, pale yellow, but the actual dress is a bright, electric, dirty shade which is borderline ugly. I can't image this color looks good on anyone... I returned it.
