Maxi dress

This dress is made out of a heavier cotton material. It fits true to size and is comfortable. What I don't like is that the dress has pockets which stick out and add dimension to your hip area. Also the length is a toss up depending on what you like. I am 5'6" and it hits maybe 4 inches above my ankle. For reference, I'm 120 lbs and got an XS which fits well.

I am a loyal J.Crew customer and was excited to see a super cute maxi on sale. However, I am so upset that I purchased this maxi dress on final sale.. I am 5'3 and this dress fell a solid 3 inches above my ankles!! It looks incredibly silly on and I have no idea what I am going to do with it. J Crew should have mentioned in the description that this dress is VERY short in length. Ridiculous.
