8" midrise skinny jean in white denim

I love these jeans! They fit perfectly and don’t stretch out over time.

Bought these in my regular size but debated going up a size; luckily my regular size worked. Nice thick denim, not see through at all and a good amount of stretch. Overall, I am very pleased with these.

These fit great! They did stretch about half a size and I do wish I had sized down (I’m 5’5” and 110 lbs and I got size 26). The fabric had a nice stretch to it and they are not see through! Great fit for my height - it’s just below the ankle. I do wish they were a true white, the frost white was a little off white. They still look great!

I love these jeans! Everyone needs a classic white jean, and these are perfect! The fit is great, and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. They are well made and definitely comfortable enough to wear all day, whether standing or sitting.

I’ve purchased ~8 pairs of JCrew Factory mid-rise skinny jeans in various colors over the last 12 months and these are cut differently (rise appears to be lower despite being labeled 8”), and the ankles are baggy. The WORST quality; however, is that these are not white jeans. Despite the photos, in person, these are very clearly off-white and look more like a yellowed, ratty white t-shirt than a pair of crisp white jeans. Photo for reference, wearing last year’s white jeans, laid flat this year’s “white” jeans.

The first thing I noticed about these jeans was the color. The color is definitely "off-white," not pure white. It's darker, more like ivory. Regarding the fit: I should have ordered to size. I'm a very consistent size 8 across most brands and 29 in Madewell denim, though Madewell has forgiving sizing IMO. I have a 29" waist and 43" hip, so very pear-shaped: I should have ordered these in a 30" or 31", given how little they stretch. There's also an layer of white fabric all around the hips that almost looks like a skirt underneath the pants. The line is clearly visible through the jeans. I imagine its there as an alternative to seeing pockets through the jeans, but I'd rather see pockets then what look like boxer briefs that cut off at the pocket in front. I guess I will keep them in my closet in case I lose 15 lbs... overall wish they were brighter, stretchier, and didn't have fabric between the pocket and the crotch.
