Girls' eyelet flutter-sleeve dress

We wanted to love this dress, but the fit is just terrible and it has such an odd, wide shape. The 3 fit in the length but looked 2-3 sizes too wide. It also appears that the ribbon in the middle can be pulled and tied to cinch it in a bit, but it's just decoration. The ribbon is too short to tie into a bow and can't be pulled in at all. Had to return.
