Sweatshirt with Pearl Bow
May 27, 2026I liked this sweatshirt when I saw it online, and I knew my granddaughter would love it. However, when I received the sweatshirt, it was missing one of the pearls in the bow on the front of the shirt. Even though it was final sale, when I contacted J. Crew Factory, they provided a refund since it was defective. Great customer service and another reason I will keep shopping here!
