Really Baggy
December 10, 2020I own JC straight jeans in a lighter wash. They're not snug or form fitting, but they are looser than a slim fit. These were baggy all over. I returned them and ordered the slim, which fit as expected for a slim.

Great fit - horrible smell
March 3, 2019These jeans are perfect as far as fit and comfort but either the pair I got has a defect or there’s something wrong with the fabric because it smells very weird like sulphur or burnt rubber. I thought the smell was just from the factory so I washed them and they still stink and the smell leached and got into my other laundry so I had to rewash everything separately. Again, I love the fit but something wrong with the fabric.

Great Fit, Horrible Odor & Longevity
December 29, 2018You can't go wrong with a pair of black denim - except this one. I loved the fit, but when I received them in hand - there is a very distinct odor (like burnt plastic) from the denim. My co-workers started to notice. Even after two washes, the odor won't go away. Also, this denim tends to fade very quickly after a few washes. The colors don't hold up.
