September 20, 2024Took a chance on sale. Not a fan. Ride up constantly. I’ve worn trunk style underwear for years. These were the only ones that made me chafe.

not worth it
May 28, 2021I rarely write reviews, and even more rare are the times when I'm disappointed with JCrew merchandise. This is one of those times. These trunks get two stars because they look great online, and the pouch is generously/comfortably sized. That is all. The material feels relatively soft to the touch, but gives less than a tshirt. Seriously. Some genius decided to sew in FOUR labels/tags. In a pair of trunks. The absolute worst is the seam at the leg opening. I cannot emphasize enough - if you are a magazine-thin model, or you habitually skip leg day, then you should buy these trunks, If you are a man, and have adult-sized thighs, don't. The seam at the leg opening DOES NOT GIVE. It's like the factory decided "let's double up on the serging - that'll teach them". It's not worth it to return them, so these will stay at the back for that absolute last-ditch laundry day wearing. What a disappointment.
