Baby & toddler boys' seersucker swim trunk

These are not swim trunks. They are made of cotton, have no mesh lining and feel nothing like a swim suit. At first I thought I was sent the wrong item but I compared the item number on the tag to what is online and they are the same. They’re just shorts. I will keep because it’s more work to return than is worth it and my son can wear these as shorts this summer.
