Printed cold-shoulder ruffle dress

Perfect lightweight summer dress. Good length for short girls :)

Cute design , but runs super small. Was very disappointed by this dress. Bought it to wear on vacation and it was so small I couldn't even zip it. It would have been great , the design is cute and the style is on trend, but it was super small. I am very frustrated with Jcrew factory sizing. It is NOT consistent, you can't just buy your normal size and know it will fit. You just never know how it is going to fit. I wish they would be more consistent with their sizing.

I simply love this style dresses because my arms are not as slim as I want them to be so with this dress, it covers just enough! I bought my usual size, which is a 00 and it fits perfectly. FYI, I'm petite and weigh 100 lbs.
