Online Purchase Missing Stones
February 7, 2019I really loved this necklace and ordered online as the stores near me were sold out. This was my first time ordering online and I was disappointed to find this necklace haphazardly wrapped and missing stones. When I called customer service, I was informed I'd be credited, have to return the necklace via mail or UPS and that the item was no longer in stock. A disappointing end to what could have been a very beautiful purchase. So be mindful of packaging and stones when purchasing online.
