October 10, 2017Despite the negative reviews, I have actually purchased this in navy and white, and also a similar style in polka dots. I find this shirt to be very flattering, specifically when worn with a blazer or cardigan. My intention in buying it was to find a nice looking shirt to be worn under a jacket/cardigan/blazer, and it really does the trick. It is definitely flattering if you have a larger chest as the tiered layer minimizes the chest area a bit.

September 26, 2017I'm a very TTS Medium and this fit way too big. The ruffling hit a very unflattering spot and doesn't flow because the fabric is too heavy. I'm hoping I can pair it with a jacket or cardigan this winter because as it was final sale, I cannot return it.

Not what I expected
August 24, 2017This top was not what I expected. It was a heavier material and ran large. The idea is cute but the ruffle is in a bad spot, it just made me look top heavy. For a summer top, the material was way to heavy and bulky. Sadly, I"m stuck with two of them because they are final sale.
