Ruffle-sleeve top

I just purchased this top a few weeks ago and have worn it twice already. I've gotten several compliments on it both times! It's the perfect piece to turn a casual pair of pants into a dressier look with the right shoes & accessories. The quality of the material is comfy and washes up very well!

I ordered this shirt because I have one in a different color that I love. I was disappointed with this shirt because the arm ruffles aren't as pictured. They only go halfway down the shoulders and not all the way around the arm hole. There is no ruffle under the arms as pictured. I didn't notice it until after I washed it before wearing so now I can't return it :(
