Perfect espadrille, very comfortable!
August 16, 2019This is a great shoe! It is surprisingly comfortable - I wore it for a wedding and had them on all night with no issues. I have wide feet, and these had enough width to accommodate my feet. Great shoe!

Cute but painful
July 9, 2019I purchased these because they seemed like the perfect summer wedge. I had multiple blisters within the first hour and I haven't worn them since. So sad because they are so cute!

Did not work at all
July 1, 2019I've had a lot of trouble with J Crew shoes in that there's something always a little off. I'm beginning to think that average sizes are usually fine but they have difficulty adjusting measurements to the correct proportions as sizing gets smaller or larger. I was really excited about these and they looked great straight out of the box. Good quality materials (canvas is a smidge stiff and if they stiff edges don't perfectly fit your feet from the get go, you're going to go through a very painful (and blisterful) breaking in process. I tried these on and unfortunately they fit all wrong. They looked great but the back portion hit at a very awkward part of my back heel and there's no way to adjust the strap height. Unfortunately this made the ankle strip his right at my ankle, and of course with the metal buckle directly on top of my ankle bone. Ow ow ow. Sadly had to return these :(

Very uncomfortable on my toes
June 30, 2019I bought these based on the positive reviews. The canvas that goes across my toes is so rigid and tight that it actually feels like it might cut my toe. I can't wear them. Very disappointed. I emailed JCrew about it but unfortunately never heard anything in response.
