I really love this dress - it's a timeless professional classic - and I received compliments the first time I wore it. I'm an hourglass figure size 6 and it is more tailored than it appears in the pic. My only reason for four stars is when I need to zip it (or UN), the arms are super tight - uggg. They are fine otherwise, and maybe it's because I'm chesty, but I have plenty of other short sleeve dresses that don't put me in a bind...

This may be my favorite JCrew Factory dress to date! It fits perfectly, with enough room in the hips to be comfortable, but not too much where it look bulky. Waist band hits at the appropriate spot. Fabric is a nice quality and has great texture to it. If I had to ding it, I'd say it's maybe half an inch too short for a strictly professional environment; however, it's classy and polished so it's still great for work.

Generally speaking, this looks like a perfect work dress, both on me and on the hanger--fits true to size, good length for the office, and perfect mid-weight material. But once I got it half zipped up, I could barely move my arms AT ALL, not even enough to finish zipping the dress up. Something about the stitching and styling of the sleeves constrained my arms so much that I couldn't lift them any higher than my chest. I even had trouble lifting my bag over my shoulder. Similar dresses have always been perfect in the past, so I'm not sure what changed. So disappointed!
