Striped tassel tunic cover-up

Great coverup! Cute and comfy! I might even wear it as a summer dress.....

This fits super small. I was hoping to be able to wear this with a bathing suit without shorts to the beach but it’s super short and much smaller than I expected. I expected a fit in the same size as a dress but it’s about a size down from that. Maybe it’s better for smaller chested people
