Different and beautiful
September 27, 2021Navy blue is what makes this look nice, I think. It's like a dress and I feel I can go play tennis in it :) I love the color navy. Fits good. It's for cool days at the beach. Washes well. Good quality which is what I appreciate from J.Crew.

Conservative but cute
July 19, 2020This is the perfect suit if you are chasing little ones. I feel covered, but still stylish at the pool. I would size up a little bit, the suit is somewhat short, and I felt like I kept stretching it up.

Overall nice but definitely skimpy on top
July 7, 2020I’m a fit 5’4 with a long torso and DD cup - I found the overall fit of a to be great, but the top is VERY skimpy for me, including on the sides which I don’t like. I criss-crossed the back and tied it in the front and feel more comfortable that way.

Modest swim suit
June 27, 2020This is a classy, modest swim suit. I don't have much of a chest so the deep-v top helps accentuate. The neck ties are a bit long and tying in a bow feels a bit too bulky.

Perfect fit for petite-modern and classy.
June 26, 2020I was pleasantly surprised. This looks lovely and modern on. It is not too long or matronly. Hits mid thigh. Material feels good too. I was looking for a bathing suit that was not a bikini but looked classy and modern and not like an old lady bathing suit. I ordered XS. I am a TRUE petite 5’1-slim build-small bust-pear shaped-tiny frame and a true size 0/2 XS in all of my clothing. I bought size XS. I also bought the seersucker swim dress as well and that fits really cute also-Material is slightly more for fitted in the seersucker.

June 10, 2020Our d-i-l bought this suit in blue and it was so very cute on her tiny body. *Very* classy! I thought I'd like to get one as well (I'm no way near "tiny") - even though it was only available in red. One review was that the suit was "matronly" - well - it is a little long in front, but that VERY deep cleavage is *certainly* not matronly! I feel a tad "out there," but my husband likes it (!!), and in our own pool, I'm good with it.
