Shipping or quality issue?
January 18, 2026I had been eyeing versions of this for years and when I finally pulled the trigger it arrived damaged. I worked with j crew on a replacement but it never arrived. I made attempts to repair the broken one but was unsuccessful.

July 6, 2024I love this necklace so much. It's a bit longer than a choker and the quality is amazing. I have genuine pearls that I wear on occasion, but I love this layered look so much and I am not sure I can tell the difference too much. Certainly not from afar. I have always thought pearls are just the classiest! They're so "Breakfast at Tiffany's." :) Love them!

Worthless product and customer service is zilch
January 27, 2024Got this not packaged well and broken into a million pieces. Since I can see the thread it's supposed to be strung on, I know that it's not even high quality thread. So badly made, shipped, backed--last part is that Jcrew didn't even answer my inquiry about this useless piece of garbage they charged me for. I asked if they could replace it and I heard NOTHING back from them. I think I might be done with them.
