I love my cute small purse… so perfect and it goes with everything!

The actual bag is not like the online picture on J Crew Factory's website - which shows a shoulder bag and length of chain taking it down to the model's hip level. In fact, the chain is only about 17 inches, so short that when placing over the shoulder, it doesn't even come to chest level and cannot be used as a shoulder bag. I saw 4 of them in a J Crew Factory brick and mortar store, all with very short chains of about 17 inches. My wife called J Crew Customer Service which advised that the online promotional picture wasn't wrong, and that the bag did have a long chain for over the shoulder wear, as pictured on J Crew Factory's website. The Customer Service representative suggested that we return to the store and ask them to order it online. I did that, and the store ordered it online to be delivered to our home. It was received today with the same very short chain, impossible to use as a shoulder bag. Despite that, the promotional picture on the J Crew Factory website still shows it as a shoulder bag with a long chain, which is not what we received. Very disappointing.
