This dress is very comfortable for work and great for a night out as well. Love it!

For the price of this dress, it is great! The fabric is thicker so it will be a nice wear-to-work option during the winter. I am average height and it falls just above the knee and looks great with tights.

I absolutely love this dress. It can be worn to work or dressed up for a dinner out. I got it in blue and the color is very beautiful. The fit is very flattering. I ordered size XS, it hits me right above knee. For reference, I am 5'3 105lbs.

Perfect work or winter wedding dress. Super comfy. True to size. When washed the seams just need a light iron to press back down but thats an easy thing to do for a perfect dress!

I love this dress!! JCrew please make 10 more color options available, this is a staple in my wardrobe! Its a loose fit but still has shape and doesn't look baggy. The material is super soft, warm and comfortable; I could go hiking in it but its cute enough to dress up with a statement necklace for an evening out. I could live in this dress! Again, JCrew please offer more color options. I'm 5'6, 135lbs, hourglass shape: ordered small and it fits comfortably on me and hits mid thigh. I hope short sleeve option comes out for spring.
