A sundress I can wear year round
September 19, 2019I bought this dress in green last summer and have very much enjoyed it, so I added the navy to my wardrobe this year. I love the fact that the fabric is cotton, and the eyelet design is so pretty. I do wish it was an inch or two longer, but that's just my preference. I'm 5'6" and it hits a little above the knee. Very good quality! I ordered my regular J. Crew dress size and I like the fit. The bodice isn't super form-fitting, which makes it comfortable in the summer.

Near perfect dress!
July 25, 2019I am 5'2", 112lbs, 34B. I purchased this little number in a size 2. It fit perfectly , is well made and very comfortable. My only qualm is the gathering in the back...it just sort of bunches up the extra material unnecessarily. I got this on sale so nothing a light cardi can't hide.

July 23, 2019I bought three of these dresses in two colors! They are just the right mix of casual and formal, the eyelet is lovely, the lining is just right, lightweight but no worries about bra or underwear showing. The shape is flattering but the elastic in the back is forgiving. (there's maybe even a little too much of it-- there could be a couple fewer gathers on, it can get a tiny bit blousey). Buttons carefully placed so the fabric doesn't pull open around middle or bust. Great weekend away dress, but can even get down in the sandbox in it. Perfect length. Even machine washes well so far, yay all cotton. I'm 5 7 / 5 8, 130 lb, and I have both the 4 and the 2 since both fit pretty well. Buy this dress, I wish I could justify buying more but will probably regret not having backups in a few years!
