Flared V-neck jacquard dress

This is an eye-catching dress for sure. It's a ginger-colored dress with pinkish undertones. The dress seems to run large, especially in the chest area. I am 5' 11" tall, and I usually wear a size 2 in J. Crew dresses. I would recommend ordering down a size. I had to exchange this dress for the size 0, but that size fits perfectly. The shape of the dress is flattering; it draws attention to the waist, and shows a hint of cleavage. The material is fantastic, as well. It is high-quality fabric: heavy, but still breathable. This dress is an excellent choice for a night out, for a special occasion, or simply dressed down a bit with a denim jacket. I only wish it came in more colors!

I got this dress because it is machine washable, and adorable! I am 5'4" and 115 lbs, and ordered a size 0 which typically is what I wear in J.Crew dresses. This one came and the quality felt great, but it is HUGE! I don't even think the 00 would fit, otherwise I'd order that one. Super cute dress, but definitely size way down!

I'm getting married in June and I bought this dress for my spring bridal festivities. I'm not super tiny (5 ft 5, 125 lbs + apple shape), but I ordered the 4 in this dress and it was huge all over. I tried on the 2 in a similar shaped dress in-store, and it was very large in the top. I ended up getting the 0 in this dress, which is perfect, not too small, and I have plenty of room to breathe! The fabric is beautiful. I was worried that it would be too animal print-y, but its not! Just the right amount of pretty pink and subtle shine. Also, the combination of structuring and poufy-ness in this dress is excellent. The pleats in front make me very happy. I plan to wear it with both heels and flat sandals. Just keep in mind that if you have narrow shoulders and are small in the bodice - order a smaller size!

Are you curvy and need an engagement party/wedding shower/rehearsal dinner/anniversary dress? Do you like pockets?This is a good option! The pinky tone is very flattering to fair skin and the gold thread is just the right amount of sparkle. It does run a little small and the material is prone to fuzzing but it's just so flattering though. I wish jcrew would make this dress in other fabric choices ...I would buy it in every color!
