Favorite color and love the fit!
August 7, 2019I sized up for this purchase, thinking that if I needed to take in the bust I could (I am a 36DD and right in between a 10 and a 12 so I have this problem with most dress-busts). However, the 14 fit me perfectly, and even the length is not too much. I know I am not *actually* a true size 14, as I just bought a size 10 pair of pants the other day, but at the risk of sounding vain I think I look great in the dress, and all I could think was Wow!! The fitting is perfect, and the cotton/lineny material seems to take well to an iron, though no word on washing yet. However, a trend I’ve noticed lately on j crew factory is that for smaller sizes the items are too big, and for larger sizes everything is too small. Hopefully this can be remedied soon to be more adapted to fit a wider range of sizes. Therefore, if you are curvy and struggle with fits, get the size that will accommodate your most-struggled-with spots best, even if that’s sizing up.

Pretty Dress!
July 8, 2019Dress wasn’t offered in petites and the petite selection is very limited right now. I really wanted this dress so I shortened the straps, removed ruffle bottom, cut 4” off and then reattached ruffle portion. The dress is about 6” above ankle now and is perfect! The periwinkle color is pretty. The dress is fully lined and has pockets. As other reviewers stated, the dress can be dressed up or down.

Perfect for a summer wedding
June 28, 2019Love this dress! It was perfect for a wedding with an unclear dress code. Came off as casual paired with some statement earrings, but would’ve been formal had the vibe called for it. I’m 5’ 8”, 135 lbs, 34b and wore size 0. I had purchased 2 and 4 as well but the tops were too roomy on me. The 0 fit nice a snug. I absolutely loved wearing this dress and received tons of compliments on the unexpected length and classic silhouette!
