Slim boyfriend jean in all-day stretch

I love the cut and length of these jeans, great color and sit comfortably on the waist without being too high BUT as another reviewer noted they run large. I am typically a 28 and sometimes 27 and went with the 27 originally thinking they’d shrink in the wash but they bagged out quickly. I loved them so much I ended up buying another pair in a 26.

I ordered these in my usual size and when I first tried them on, they were just a little loose. I washed and dried them on low thinking they would shrink a bit and then be perfect. They didn't seem to shrink at all and after wearing them for a day, were so loose I didn't need to unzip to take them off. These are comfortable, well made, and not being a fan of the ripped/torn look, I am reordering them one size smaller. I hate paying for two pairs to get the right fit, but I think (hope!) the second pair will be a keeper.

I think I did it! I found the perfect jeans for me. They fit true to size and are a little relaxed everywhere. The rise is perfect, not too high. The leg is a medium width, not tight or baggy. The fabric is a medium-light weight with a little bit of stretch. Best of all, they are really comfortable. I can't ask for more than this.
