Too short, stiffer fabric
October 30, 2025Shorter than advertised. I don't usually buy jeans here, but I took a chance on these because I'm always looking for a good curvy style. I often have a 12" difference between my waist and hip, and I need a good high waist option. I also have a short inseam. That said, these are much shorter than 27". Before washing, they came in at about 25" inseam for the classic fit. They hit above my ankle in an awkward spot that looks like my pants shrunk poorly in the wash. The length looks weird with my shoes. They're also pretty stiff. I Wore them for two days without washing to try and get them stretched to my shape. They're still very stiff, especially in the waist band - very unforgiving. I'll keep wearing them for now, but they're not my favorite to sit down in.
