Fabric puckers after 6 months of wear
April 5, 2026I exclusively buy jeans from J Crew and JC Factory and love how all their jeans fit. However, they ALL start puckering around the zipper area after less than 6 months of wear—there is no remedy for this and they’re ruined. It’s so disappointing. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

January 25, 2026I'm such a fan of the cut of these jeans. They are super comfortable and very flattering. I typically wear them with an ankle boot (1" heel). I'm 5'3" and 126lbs. I'd buy this cut in multiple washes (in fact, I also have them in a dark wash). Highly recommend.
