Embroidered sleep shirt

The style and fit are so cute, I wanted to love this shirt...but the material never gets softer even after several washes. The material doesn’t breathe and feels scratchy. Would love for jcrew to retry with a more premium fabric or cotton that feels soft on all their pajamas.

I love J. Crew sleepwears. This one is a challenge. Love the dark navy and ivory piping. However, the quality of the material is itchy. I’ve washed it 3x already, hoping it would soften more. Sadly, still same rough feeling.

This is a cute sleep shirt / dress, but the fabric is very scratchy and uncomfortable. Not ideal for sleepwear.

I bought the Navy “Sleep All Day” Sleep Shirt and it is even cuter in person. The piping and embroidery look well made. I look forward to wearing it once it gets cooler. I plan to wear it open over a T-shirt with pajama pants as a robe/ Sleep jacket. It fits true to size. I would buy the other color but I think it looks like it says “SLUUPY” instead of “SLEEPY”. Adorable, great buy.
