Eyelet top

The lace part is fine, but the solid fabric is thick and rough - like a light canvas.

This top is very cute, exactly as pictured, but the quality of the fabric is really stiff. Didn't expect that. It fits true to size. Although its cotton, but the body part fabric looks slightly faded than the sleeves fabric. May be it's because both have different materials. Plus, I thought it's red, it has more of Orange to it. Not happy, will be returning it.

I wanted to like this top so much. I have one similar from another brand and loved that I could have it in another color. The fabric is click and a little stiff, was hoping it was going to be softer. I ordered a size up because I went by the reviews and it was too big on me. The two things I liked about it was the eyelet detail and the color, I, unfortunately am going to return this at my expense, not a good first impression with JCrew clothing.

I ordered in red - thinking it would be more apple red - It's more of a red orange color - emphasis on orange

I really wanted to love this top. I was pleasantly surprised when I took it out of the package at how thick the fabric was, knowing I wouldn't have to wear anything under it. Once I put it on, though, I discovered how short it is, hitting me slightly above the hip. I ordered a medium, my typical J. Crew Mercantile size, and I'm 5' 7". It was also very boxy and had no shape. I will sadly be returning.
