Perfect for fall and spring
April 11, 2022This will be great with shorts too in the summer on not too hot days. It’s lightweight and you could push the sleeves up a little for a 3/4 sleeve. It doesn’t come down too low on me, hits just right at the neckline. The smocking at top is super cute and the tie strings lay just right so you don’t have to tie it.
