J Crew sizing is unreliable!
August 3, 2023I need to make up my mind that never buy any tops from the J Crew website. Last time I purchased size 10 of the other top, it came too small, so I needed to get one size bigger. Of course I could not return the smaller one because it was on sales Then I purchased size 12 for this one this time, it came too big, and of course I cannot return it due to on sale. This is not the first time happened, at least 3-4 times, that I paid J Crew for something not wearable also not returnable. That is ridiculous and beyond frustrating. The no return policy due to the unpredictable sizing is very non reasonable. Wasting my time and money, I do not like it.
