Velvet pull-on skirt

Runs Very Large - I am a consistent size small and I had to size down two sizes to an extra small and had to return twice. I just ordered the xs and hope it fits because it's a final sale. I'm 5'4, athletic build, 120 lbs. The small with its elastic band was like a large size.

As the other review says, this skirt is big and has a weird fit. The outer "velvet" skirt is huge around the waist & middle, and big thru the hips & length. But the lining on mine was snug, on the uncomfortable side of snug that somewhat restricted movement. It just was not flattering at all.

This runs really large. But it's not bad.
