Ruffle mini beach dress

I ordered this online and picked it up in the store, so I didn’t really know what to expect in terms of the weight and feel. I realize it is called a beach dress, but I did not realize that it really cannot be more than a cover-up. It is very see-through And very thin. The fabric is stiff and does not feel like the quality that the price reflects. I bought this to bring on a vacation to the Dominican Republic, hoping I could wear it for casual dinners, because the pattern and colors are so cute, but it definitely could not be worn without a swimsuit underneath or more full coverage undergarments than I would want to wear in a tropical climate. It has to go back.
