Striped cotton-linen skirt

I loved this skirt when it first came but not so much after the first wash. SO MANY wrinkles! It looked like someone crumbled it up and held it in a ball. If you don't mind ironing then you will love this skirt. I do NOT want to iron so I am not optimistic that I will be wearing this very often.

I love love love this skirt for the summer, it's so light and comfortable and goes great with a tucked-in t-shirt. It comes fresh out of the laundry ready to wear, which I love since I can never be bothered to iron anything. It runs a bit short if you wear it right on your waist (about 5" above the knee) so I could maybe get away with it on a casual Friday at the office if I keep it pulled down and have it rest more on my hips, but otherwise don't get this for work. The pockets are great and it has a bit of a flare - I've gotten tons of compliments. I got a 4 (5'5" 128 lbs) and it fits just right.

I love, love, love this skirt. I wear it a couple of times a week. It's great paired with a t-shirt and sandals for running errands or with a button down and heels for a summer work outfit. It's a little short but I'm only 5'2" so it works great! I get several compliments on it and the linen material keeps me cool on hot summer days. The pockets are a nice bonus!
