March 13, 2019The boots were obviously returned by someone else. The bottoms were a bit dirty and the leather looked used. I'm good with taking an item that has been returned; but I'm not okay with receiving merchandise that has been worn by a previous owner. I will be returning these for a brand new pair of boots.

Cute but disappointed with the quality
February 11, 2019I have two pairs of suede sawyers that I love! I was so excited for the leather pair but after two hours of wear the “leather” started to rub and peel off around the toe of the bootie. So disappointed because they fit well and are so versatile! Guess I’ll be sticking with the suede ones from now on.

Boots made for walking
February 8, 2019I love these booties! They're the perfect height. I usually wear a 7h in their flats and other boots but these run just a bit bigger and should have purchased a 7. I think I can insert some heel protectors to help take up space.

Perfect work shoes
January 31, 2019Just another day at the office doesn't mean one has to be in uncomfortable shoes for 8 hours. I am so glad I can into this and saved 75% off. It was still a little more than what I would have liked to spend, even after the discount, but the quality is superb. I hope it will last awhile.

Poor quality upper
January 27, 2019I really liked these boots when I received them - I did have to order one half size down from my regular boot size. They are stylish, with clean lines, and no embellishments, exactly as I wanted and expected. Unfortunately, after only wearing them twice, the inner heel of the upper has started to rub off substantially. It honestly looks like someone rubbed it with something abrasive, when all I was doing was walking. I spent a long time looking for the perfect black leather bootie, and thought I had found it here - now, I'm incredibly disappointed in the quality of this product.
