Printed flared dress

I ordered my usual size J Crew Dress Size 6 but the dress cut and fit did not allow me to raise my arms even up to shoulder height. Besides the arm issues, it is fairly tight across the upper back and shoulders ( I am on the small side in shoulder breadth and a 34B.) The sleeves, unlined, do not match the proportions of the dress...maybe I got the defective one, with no returns offered on this piece of work...I wonder why? From midsection down no fit issues. The blue color pattern would be nice enough, the quality of fabric is lacking and the workmanship lacking as well. IMHO, this is a $5.00 dress but even then I would return it if I could.

I'm 6 foot tall and this dress is the perfect length for me. It comes right above the knee. Fits like a glove and is very comfortable. I can't wait for spring to wear this beauty! Also I got it in the floral print which is even more lovely in person.

I liked the dress right away at the website and ordered it in sea blue and then I saw the unfavorable review and got worried. But when it arrived it was exactly what I hoped for - lovely colors and pattern, very flattering cut and good tailoring. I'm very happy with and looking forward to wearing it often especially in spring.
