Darling Suit - Runs a Little Big
July 24, 2020Overall, I love this suit because it's adorable. I actually ordered two by accident and they were non-returnable but that's fine. I get compliments every time I wear it. As many previous reviews say, the suit runs a little big, most especially in the bust. I usually order a size or two up for swimsuits but I cautiously followed the buyer reviews and my true size was best. There are two other caveats: first, the leg is a bit lower than I thought. I was hoping for a little bit of a higher cut, as it looked on the model. Second, most women's swimsuits have a "cut" in the liner -- a small opening. This one doesn't so water gets trapped in the bottom of the suit, making it particularly ocean unfriendly. It's more of a "lounging by the pool" suit.

July 18, 2020I really like the colors and design but it has absolutely Z E R O padding. Not asking for a lot—but any padding at all would have made me feel more comfortable.

Adorable suit...but no padding.
June 19, 2020I loved this suit when I first saw it and couldn’t wait until it went on sale to order. I was extremely disappointed to find the suit was barely lined and had zero padding. It otherwise fit me perfectly, so I am disappointed to have to return it - and very disappointed in Jcrew for selling something of such poor quality. Don’t make the same mistake I did - this suit is not worth it, unless you want something see-through.

Cutest conservative one piece
June 14, 2020Oh my gosh! I always panic before my husband’s family’s annual beach vacation because they’re all pretty conservative but this swim suit is PERFECT. It runs big for sure, I’m 5’8, 150lbs, C cup & originally ordered a medium but it was way too big in the chest area, even the small has some extra room up top for me but I still kept it because I’m sure an XS would be hilariously tiny on my bottom half. 100% recommend. Probably better for a not so windy day because the ruffles sometimes end up under my chin but c’mon, SO FREAKING CUTE.
